Our approach
Step 1 – Intake and profile alignment
- We translate your request into a concrete profile, including availability and planning.
Step 2 – Selection and validation
- We select candidates based on education, experience, references and language skills. This may be supplemented with a video pitch or test assignment.
Step 3 – Legal processing
- We coordinate the entire process for visa, work permit, diploma recognition, insurance and contract.
Step 4 – Onboarding and integration
- We provide language and culture training, housing, on-site onboarding and aftercare during the first 90 days.

Collaboration models
Temporary staffing or payrolling (per hour)
- We are the legal employer and you pay an all-in hourly rate. This model offers flexibility to quickly scale up or down and is ideal for peak periods.
Secondment (monthly rate)
- Candidates are exclusively available to one client for six to twenty-four months. This ensures continuity, knowledge retention and a fixed monthly invoice.
Recruitment and selection (one-time fee)
- You hire the candidate directly while we handle the full recruitment and selection process. This model includes a success fee and replacement guarantee.
Project basis (fixed fee)
- For defined assignments we offer a fixed price and clear scope. Optionally, a KPI bonus can be added for overperformance.
Rates and guarantees
- We offer volume discounts for multiple simultaneous placements.
- Within ninety days after start we replace a candidate free of charge in case of a mismatch.
- A part of the fee is only charged upon actual deployment.
- All-in packages are possible, including recruitment, permits, language training and onboarding.
- Our team speaks Dutch, English, German and Turkish and operates across Europe.
- We always work transparently with a prior offer including scope, SLA and KPIs.
Compliance and quality
- We carefully check all documents, including identity, diplomas and medical registrations where required.
- We ensure compliance with labor law, EU/Benelux regulations and sector collective agreements.
- We guarantee GDPR-compliant data processing and provide a secure client zone for document exchange.
- You will receive regular reports on placements, retention and performance.
